Part-time dev support

Terms & Conditions


Please read these terms carefully before using our website or services.

1. Scope of Services

DevResolv provides web development, support, and optimization services tailored to small businesses and solopreneurs. Each project’s scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined and agreed upon before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

  1. A 50% upfront payment is required to begin any project, based on the agreed-upon price.
  2. Accepted payment methods include GCash, BDO bank transfer, and PayPal.
  3. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion or final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Revisions

Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions unless stated otherwise in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4. Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project scope and client responsiveness. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing assets, or unavailable approvals) may affect delivery dates.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, the upfront payment may be refunded at DevResolv’s discretion.
  • Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed.
  • If DevResolv cancels a project, a partial refund may be issued based on the portion of work completed.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the client’s property.

DevResolv retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Liability

DevResolv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or deliverables.

While we aim to provide high-quality results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as search engine rankings or sales performance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
